• Practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring their clinic setup, prescription disclaimers, signage, and operations adhere to the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), local municipal authorities, and prevailing state healthcare regulations.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a single-practitioner, non-transferable license to use, adapt, and customise these templates within your own clinic or practice. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share public Google Drive links, or publicly upload these assets for commercial use outside your own practice.

4. Digital Delivery

All assets are delivered digitally via email or direct access links immediately following successful payment verification.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
